I have not received an email confirmation of order
Sunglass Fix tries to limit the number of emails we send. We do not want to spam you with emails just because you elected to repair your sunglasses with us.
However, we do send the following emails.
1) A receipt of for your purchase will be delivered to your inbox within minutes of placing your order.
2) A shipment confirmation once your lenses have been made, inspected, packed, and shipped. Tracking will be included if you elected that option at checkout.
3) A follow up email at a date in the future shortly after you got your order to ensure everything was received and working well. Please reply to this if you have any issues, installation challenges, or the lenses do not fit perfectly.
If you do not receive these emails:
Please check your spam or junk folder. We do include photos and helpful links in our emails. Both of these factors increase chances of mail being flagged as Junk mail.
If your emails are not in Junk please contact our customer care team. Most likely a mistake was made when you entered your email address while placing your order. We can correct that and resend the emails. Please ensure you include your first and last name used when ordering and approximate date of your order so we can find your order.
I don't want any emails from you ever again:
As mentioned, we strive not to spam you with marketing emails. We rely on customers enjoying the quality of our lenses and our award-winning customer service to come back.
However, you can be removed from our email list by logging into your account and clicking on the Newsletter and selecting NO. You will still get receipts for future orders and shipping confirmations, but we will do our best to not email you in any other circumstance.
