How do I return or exchange my lenses

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the lenses for up to 6 months from date of purchase.

If you are having a problem installing the lenses or feel they are incorrect we can help you find the right lenses for your frames and exchange your original purchase.

We have a team dedicated to help but to speed up the process we ask you submit your request on our Returns and Exchanges platform. Please take the time to add photos.

If you feel you want to return the lenses due to a manufacture defect or some other reason and the 6-month time period has elapsed, please send an email directly to info@thesunglassfix.com.au

Explain your situation to them and they will do whatever they can to help.
