I Delaminated a lens while installing my Lenses

Occasionally the polarized lenses can delaminate upon installation. This happens if the frame edges are sharp and the lenses are forced over the edges.

it is important to follow the videos. In most cases following the instructions will prevent delaminating the lenses. It really comes down to bending the last section of lens a bit to get it into the rim rather than forcing it over the edge.

When Delamination occurs we will do everything possible to help resolve the issue for you.

We request that you send a photo of the delamination or let us know which lens delaminated as you are wearing and looking through them.
